ORA-01618

Error: ORA-01618: thread string is not enabled - cannot mount

Causa: The value of the initialization parameter THREAD requests a thread that is not enabled. A thread must be enabled before it can be mounted.

Acción: Shut down the instance, change the value of the initialization parameter and restart, mounting a different thread. If the database is open in another instance, then the thread may be enabled.
