Error: ORA-01619: thread string is mounted by another instance

Causa: The value of the initialization parameter THREAD requests a thread that has been mounted by another instance. Only one instance may use a thread.

Acción: Shut down the instance, change the value of the initialization parameter and restart, mounting a different thread.
