ORA-01679

Error: ORA-01679: database must be mounted EXCLUSIVE and not open to activate

Causa: An attempt to activate a standby database was made when the database was not mounted EXCLUSIVE or was already open.

Acción: Mount the database EXCLUSIVE and retry the ACTIVATE command.
