Causa: The specified plan table does cannot be found.

Acción: Create the specified plan table or use an existing plan table.

Si se utiliza el TOAD:
Ir a: View -> Options -> Oracle -> General, allí cambiar el “Explain Plan Table name” a: “plan_table”, quitando el prefijo “TOAD_” del comienzo.
esto hace que se use la misma "Table name" que otras aplicaciones usan.
