Error: ORA-04940: unsupported optimization of Oracle binary, check alert log for more info

Causa: ORACLE binary has been optimized with unsupported options or a required option has not been used.

Acción: Check the documentation for a list of supported and required flags for the optimizing utility that you used to optimize ORACLE. Shutdown the instance, optimize ORACLE again with a supported combination of options, and restart the instance.
