Error: ORA-09846: soacon: ARCH unable to open named pipe.

Causa: OPEN() failed to open named pipe ?/dbs/mon2arch_@.

Acción: Make sure that the operating system USERID of the currently running database has search permission for the ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory. The maximum number of open files may have been exceeded.
