ORA-09913

Error: ORA-09913: Malloc of dummy name failed.

Causa: Oracle was unable to allocate memory for the user name that is to be used in the encryption of the user's password.

Acción: Check the UNIX error number. It is probable that the system has run out of memory. If there is no error, contact Oracle Support Services.
