ORA-12711

Error: ORA-12711: this CREATE CONTROLFILE character set is not allowed

Causa: It is not allowed to create a control file on a native ASCII-based machine using an EBCDIC-based character set, and vice versa.

Acción: Create the correct control file for machine and character set.
