ORA-12717

Error: ORA-12717: Cannot ALTER DATABASE NATIONAL CHARACTER SET when NCLOB data exists

Causa: NCLOB data changes representation to Unicode when converting to a multibyte character set and must be migrated.

Acción: Remove NCLOB data as listed in the alert file. NCLOB data can be migrated by methods such as export/import.
