Error: ORA-14067: duplicate TABLESPACE_NUMBER specification

Causa: TABLESPACE_NUMBER clause was specified more than once for a table, an index, or an index partition.

Acción: Correct the code generating text of CREATE INDEX statement sent to the slaves.
