Error: ORA-14171: cannot specify subpartition_description clause in CREATE|ALTER TABLE

Causa: User requested to generate default subpartition description(s) (possibly via SUBPARTITIONS) while at the same time specified subpartition_description clause which is illegal.

Acción: Remove one of offending clauses.
