Error: ORA-14282: FOREIGN KEY constraint mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE SUBPARTITION

Causa: The corresponding columns in the tables specified in the ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE SUBPARTITION statement have different FOREIGN KEY constraints.
