ORA-16008

Error: ORA-16008: indeterminate control file checkpoint

Causa: The control file for the database being opened for read-only access was created via CREATE CONTROLFILE. Therefore a control file checkpoint could not be calculated and the database cannot be opened for read-only access.

Acción: First open the database for read-write access which will result in a valid control file checkpoint. Then re-open the database for read-only access.
