Error: ORA-16081: insufficient number of processes for APPLY

Causa: Logical standby apply engine was started with fewer processes available than needed.

Acción: Increase the values of the initialization parameters PROCESSES and PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS, or the MAX_SLAVES parameter seen in the DBA_LOGSTDBY_PARAMETERS view.
