Causa: Log apply services encountered a record in the archived redo log that could not be interpreted.

Acción: Adjust the values of the initialization parameters PROCESSES and PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS, or the MAX_SLAVES parameter seen in the DBA_LOGSTDBY_PARAMETERS view.
