Error: ORA-16594: string process discovered that DMON process does not exist

Causa: The Data Guard NetSlave (NSV*) processes discovered that the Data Guard broker process (DMON) is not running.

Acción: Check the Data Guard console log and DMON process trace file to determine why the DMON process is missing.
