ORA-16797

Error: ORA-16797: SPFILE is missing in the Data Guard Broker environment

Causa: Server parameter file is not being used in the database, or the resource guard failed to retrieve the status of the SPFILE.

Acción: Issue a CREATE SPFILE='...' FROM PFILE='...' statement to create an SPFILE, and restart the database to use the SPFILE.
