Error: ORA-22982: cannot create sub-view under this view

Causa: The view derives its OID from a table/view having primary key based OID and sub-views cannot be created under such views.

Acción: Specify a view having the system generated OID or a view created with the specification of attributes in the WITH OBJECT ID clause and retry the operation.
