ORA-24074

Error: ORA-24074: RETRY_DELAY and MAX_RETRIES cannot be used for exception queue string

Causa: The CREATE_QUEUE or ALTER_QUEUE command was issued with a non-zero RETRY_DELAY and an exception queue.

Acción: Do not specify RETRY_DELAY or MAX_RETRIES for exception queues.
