Error: ORA-24276: function 'string' output 'string' maximum value exceeded

Causa: The function pkgname.funcname computed a value for the output parmname that exceeded the maximum allowed. This can occur when multiple input parameters, each valid separately, combine to specify an invalid result. For example, when a length parameter multiplied by a copies parameter yields a total length exceeding the maximum for the output datatype.
