ORA-25253

Error: ORA-25253: listen failed, queue string.string is not enabled for dequeue

Causa: An attempt was made to specify a queue that is not enabled for dequeue in a LISTEN call.

Acción: Enable the queue for dequeue using START_QUEUE, and retry the LISTEN call.
