Error: ORA-27209: syntax error in device PARMS - unknown keyword or missing =

Causa: User-supplied PARMS value has incorrect syntax. The server expected to find ENV or BLKSIZE, but found an unknown keyword.

Acción: Retry the command with the correct syntax: ENV=(..) BLKSIZE=nnnn
