Error: ORA-28006: conflicting values for parameters string and string

Causa: The parameters PASSWORD_REUSE_TIME and PASSWORD_REUSE_MAX cannot both be set. One parameter should be unlimited while other is set.

Acción: Set one value to UNLIMITED explicitly.
