ORA-28133

Error: ORA-28133: full table access is restricted by fine-grained security

Causa: The user is not SYS and doesn't have full table access due to VPD policies. This only happens for internal DML/query under a DDL.

Acción: Grant the appropriate privilege or contact Oracle Support Services if this is too restrictive.
