ORA-28272

Error: ORA-28272: Domain policy restricts password based GLOBAL user authentication

Causa: Domain policy does not allow password-authenticated GLOBAL users.

Acción: Make sure ORACLE server is using the correct SSL credentials to connect to LDAP directory services. Make sure orclDBAuthTypes attributes within Oracle enterprise domain object is either set to PWD or ALL.
