Error: ORA-28521: no heterogeneous capability information available

Causa: The Oracle server's data dictionary did not contain capability definitions for the connected non-Oracle system, and automatic self-registration (data dictionary upload) was disabled.

Acción: Ask a database administrator to resolve this problem. The easiest resolution is to enable automatic self-registration by setting the Oracle server's HS_AUTO_REGISTER initialization parameter to TRUE. An alternative is to load the Heterogeneous Services data dictionary with information specific for the non-Oracle system by executing a SQL script supplied by the agent vendor. If the script is run and the error persists, contact customer support of the agent vendor.
