Error: ORA-29322: SCN string size too long -- maximum size 58 bytes/characters

Causa: Too many characters in specifying the SCN string

Acción: Remove all unnecessary characters. Only 15 characters are required for both the hex and decimal representation of the 48 bit SCN.
