Error: PLS-00624: USING clause must be used with either aggregate or pipelined functions

Causa: USING clause cannot be used with functions that are not declared with AGGREGATE or PIPELINED properties.

Acción: Define function body in PL/SQL or some other language (using external callout call specification).
