Error: RMAN-06066: the target database must be mounted when issuing a RECOVER command

Causa: A RECOVER command was issued, but the target database control file is not mounted.

Acción: Mount the target database control file by issuing ALTER DATABASE MOUNT via Enterprise Manager or Server Manager.
