Causa: The internal SQL*Net connection list is full. The listener is configured to use too many SQL*Net connections.

Acción: Reduce the number of listen addresses or services connected to the listener. For further details, turn on tracing and re-execute the operation. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
