Error: TNS-04003: CMCTL: error while sending request to the Connection Manager

Causa: Improper command sent to the Connection Manager or the Connection Manager is not responding. This message is not normally visible to the user.

Acción: Verify that the command sent to the Connection Manager is valid. Also check that the Connection Manager is running by using the CMCTL STATUS command. If necessary, start the Connection Manager using the CMCTL START command.
