Error: TNS-04004: CMCTL: error while starting the Connection Manager Admin

Causa: The Connection Manager Admin could not be started.

Acción: Check to make sure that executable for the Connection Manager Admin (CMADMIN) exist in the Oracle home directory. If the error continues, turn on tracing in the Connection Manager Admin and examine the trace file to determine the cause of the problem. Be sure to turn tracing off when the problem has been resolved.
