Error: TNS-04035: CMCTL: error while constructing full file name

Causa: Problem while constructing the full path for a file name because the path name to the file or the environment variables are incorrect. Files looked up include CMAN.ORA and the error files for the Connection Manager and Connection Manager Admin.

Acción: Check that all environment variables are defined correctly and that all configuration files exist in their correct places.
