Error: TNS-12601: TNS:information flags check failed

Causa: The TNS information flags set by the process prior to connection negotiation were not present after the negotiation was finished. This is an internal error.

Acción: Enable tracing and attempt to repeat the error. If it occurs again, contact Oracle Support Services.
