Error: EPC-00123: error during opening of collect.dat file

Causa: Oracle Trace Collection Services cannot access the admin collect.dat file in the expected location, that is $ORACLE_HOME/admin.

Acción: Verify that the Oracle Trace admin collect.dat file exists and check for file protection problems. Also check directory protections, definition for ORACLE_HOME, and Oracle Trace parameter settings. Otherwise, contact Oracle Support Services.
