Error: MOD-00049: unable to initialize PL/SQL

Causa: This message usually results when SQL*Module cannot connect to the database, using the username and password mentioned either in the module's AUTHORIZATION clause or on the command line with the USERID option.

Acción: If connection is made using Net8, check that a listener process is running and that the service name specified in the AUTHORIZATION clause or on the command line is in the TNSNAMES.ORA file. If the connect parameters are correct and this problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
