The error is in the tnsnames.ora
hstest =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = AMMAR)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SID=hs_testing)
)
(hs=ok)
)
Make sure that you close the CONNECT_DATA Parenthesis before you add the (hs=ok)
The error was generated what the (hs=ok) is place directly after the SID as in
(SID=hs_testing)(hs=ok)
