Error: NZE-28859: SSL negotiation failure

Causa: An error occurred during the negotiation done between two processes as part of the SSL protocol. This error will occur if the two sides to the connection do not support a common cipher suite or if the SSL versions on both sides are incompatible.

Acción: Configure each process so they support a common cipher suite and compatible versions and then attempt the connection again.
